Return & Exchange Policy

At Aanura, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we’ve created a simple and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery for the following categories:

  • Demifine Jewellery
  • Sterling Silver Jewellery
  • Gold Jewellery (9K, 14K, 18K)
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD)

Important:

  • Promotional Orders (Buy 1 Get 1 / other offers) → Refunded as Aanura Store Credit.
  • Discounted Items (strike-through price, without coupon use) → Eligible for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for missing or damaged claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit the Return/Exchange section on the Aanura website/app.
  2. Enter your Order ID and Contact Number.
  3. Select the items you want to return.
  4. Provide the required details:
    • Reason for return
    • Upload at least 2 clear images
    • Pickup address & date
    • Refund method
  5. Review and confirm your request.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification (as per RBI guidelines).

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders → Refunded to the UPI ID or bank account you provide.

Special Note for Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD):

  • Can be exchanged only for other LGD items.
  • If exchanged for Demifine jewellery:
    • New product value must be equal or higher.
    • If lower, balance will be issued as store credit (redeemable at checkout).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
  • Clearance / “Goodbye Sale” items (clearly marked on the product page).

Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days)

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery under the following cases:

Damaged Item Same item replacement
Wrong Item Received Same item replacement
Size Issue Same item, different size

📌 If the exact product is unavailable, our team will help you choose the closest alternative or process a refund.

    • Reason for exchange
    • Upload at least 2 clear images
    • Pickup address & date
    • Select size/variant (if applicable)
