For Silver, Demifine, and Ethnic Jewellery

You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery of your order.

  • Products bought at a discounted price (After applying any coupon) are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim for missing or damaged items.
     Please record the full unsealing of your package for your claim to be valid.

How to Initiate a Return

Visit our Return/Exchange section on the Aanura website or click here:

Enter your Order ID (starting with #AN) and Registered Contact Number.

Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Provide the required details:

Return reason

Minimum of two product images

Pickup address and date

Preferred refund method

Review your information and confirm the request.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method or aanura wallet (if applicable).

COD Orders: Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account provided during the return request.


Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Goodbye, or Clearance Sale on the product page.


 

Exchange Policy – Within 10 Days

If you experience any issue with your order, we’re happy to assist with an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Enter your Order ID and Contact Number.

Select the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Provide the following:

Exchange reason

At least two images of the product

Pickup address and preferred date

Indicate whether you want a replacement or a size/color exchange

Review and confirm your exchange request.
