Returns (Within 48 Hours)
For Silver, Demi-Fine, and Ethnic Jewellery, you can raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Notes
- Products purchased on discount or with coupons are not eligible for return.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
- An unboxing video is mandatory for:
- Missing items
- Damaged product claims
(Ensure the full unsealing process is clearly recorded.)
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit the Return/Exchange section on our website
👉 Return Portal ( https://aanura.com/pages/return-cancellation-request ) - Enter:
- Order ID (starting with #AN)
- Registered contact number
- Select item(s) to return
- Provide:
- Reason for return
- Minimum 2 product images
- Pickup address & preferred date
- Preferred refund method
- Review and confirm your request
Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 working days after pickup & quality check
Mode of Refund
- Prepaid Orders: Original payment method / Aanura wallet
- COD Orders: UPI ID or bank account (provided during request)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale items
- Clearance / Goodbye Sale products
